Development finance deals with the financing of property development, ranging from purchasing vacant land for ground-up development to buying property for refurbishment. It works in the same way as a traditional mortgage, but unlike a mortgage, property development loan is short term and generally used only to fund the building or conversion of property.

  • No PG or Debenture Option

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

  • Minimum Loan: £100k
  • Maximum Loan: 100m+
  • Term: up to 48 months +
  • Maximum LTC: up to 85
  • Maximum LTGDV: up to 70%
  • Rates: from 6.75% PA
