WHAT IS BRIDGING LOAN?

A bridging loan is short term property backed finance solution. Bridge loans are usually provided for 1-24 months, with loan repayable in full at the end of the term. Unlike other forms of borrowing, the monthly interest can be automatically retained into the loan and is payable at the end of the term or serviced monthly, depending on the client's requirements. 

 The main advantage of bridging loans is that the application process is simpler than other types of loans. You can get quick access to funds with minimum formalities, and it can be offered against any asset type. The application process usually takes 5-14 days.
